Domain Registration

Registration

  1. If the domain is registered after ordering the domain, it will not be refunded if you ask for a refund.
  2. If you misspell any information while ordering, you will be responsible for that. Always try to place an order with all the information by yourself. If any staff of the company does your job then if any mistake is made then the responsibility will fall on you because the staff did the job to help you, For this you will always order so as not to be mistaken.
  3. After registering the domain, check your mail, many important mails can be sent, such as billing information with domain confirmation links, if you do not confirm the domain link, you have to take responsibility for it.
  4. You must renew your domain before it expires, if it has expired, you will have to pay an extra fee, and If 1 month has passed then it will not be possible to renew the domain.
  5. If any report against the domain will actually suspend the domain without any notification, then you need to contact us and complete the next steps.
  6. The domain panel will take whatever we provide, it will not be acceptable for any other panel.
  7. Before buying any domain, check their terms and conditions from the official website of that domain, if you suspend and deactivate the main company after purchasing the domain from Smarttech IT, we will not have to do anything, in that case you have to contact the main company. Such a complaint is not acceptable as  ‘I have bought a domain from ‘Smarttech IT’ and ‘Smarttech IT’ will fix it’.
  8. After purchasing a domain, many times Facebook blocks the domain for content violation, in this case the customer has to take this responsibility.
  9. If a copyright report is received against the domain, the domain will be suspended or removed without any notification.

Refunds

  • Once the domain is registered, the domain money will not be refunded, nor will any domain transfer be refunded.

Domain Reseller

  1. After taking the funds from the domain reseller, it will not be refunded anymore, you have to use all the funds for the work of the domain registrar.
  2. Info clients will not be informed where or how to register for ‘SmartTech IT’, the client will have to keep in mind that the client will purchase from ‘SmartTech IT’ so these are the company’s own policy.

Web Hosting

Shared Hosting

  •  money in the account to which the money will go, if any charge is deducted, that charge will have to be paid to the client.
  • After submitting the cancellation request, the account cannot be reactivated in any way, you have to buy a new package.

Backups and Data Loss

You are responsible for storing the data of any SmartTech IT hosting. Smarttech IT will not be responsible for data loss due to server crash or any tech related issues, Smarttech IT only provided service and did not take responsibility for data storage, then Smarttech IT automatically saves data to remote server, often due to technical reasons data is stored on remote server. Maybe not, for this the client has to look at the cipanel at his own risk. SmartTech IT does not even guarantee remote backup. Save the backup from cPanel for the client’s own security.

Rules of bad behavior

Smarttech IT reserves the right to suspend or remove the client’s account if a client misbehaves with Smarttech IT’s staff admin or any other person regarding Smarttech IT services.

Site Migration / Transfer

SmartTech will offer free transfer of 

  • After buying hosting from us, you will understand the complete Cpanel. If you do not understand, then you have to take the responsibility of the client, after understanding the Cpanel, if you change / delete any file database without understanding, you have to take that responsibility.
  • No adult content or anti-state content may be used on our hosting, and if used, the hosting will be suspended without notice.
  • If the company is not responsible for Facebook blocking your domain after taking our hosting, the customer will have to take responsibility.
  • If you do not pay the hosting bill on time, i.e. 7 days have passed since the due date of the bill, then the hosting will be deleted without any notice, the data or file of which cannot be returned, you must check the  mail or login to the billing portal. You need to know the time of the bill, many times mail or SMS may not go for this, you have to login to the portal and see. And you have to pay before it is deleted.
  • SmartTech IT’s shared hosting cannot be used as a storage, such as not using video or audio file as download or upload, only website databases and files can be stored as long as possible on a specific plan.
  • The DMCA report states that the SmartTech IT will suspend or terminate the hosting without any notification, after which the client will not be able to accept any objection.

Refunds Policy 

  • If SmartTechIT is unable to support or solve any other problem, the client will be able to get a refund, no refund request will be accepted if it is more than 7 days.
  • Once the domain is registered, the domain money will not be refunded, nor will any domain transfer be refunded.
  • Any VPS or detected server is completely non-refundable.
  • If your service is canceled / suspended / terminated due to non-compliance with our terms, no refund will be eligible.
  • Money deposited in the client’s account cannot be refunded, it can be used to buy any service.

Cancellation and Refunds Procedure

  • If you want to cancel the service, you have to submit the cancellation request from the client area. To do this click on the icon next to the package you want to cancel then press ‘Request Cancellation’ then you must fill and submit the form.
  • Immediate cancellation means that your package will be deleted within 1-24 hours of submitting the cancellation request.
  • End of Billing Period means it will remain active till the last billing date and then it will be auto canceled. 

Cancel requests from any other location beyond the client area are not accepted. You must submit the cancellation request before the date of the bill, otherwise the invoice will be submitted as overdue and you will have to pay it.

After submitting the cancellation request, open a ticket to the billing department, then you will get a refund within 12-48 hours. If you send or receiveCpanel from Cpanel of IT, the cost for any manual transfer charge will be Rs.500-2000 depending on the site data.

  • Migration from root access for VPS or Dedicated Server is completely free,
  • Transfer from non-route 20 accounts is free, then 100 rupees will be charged for each account.

The reseller will have to apply the same conditions.

  • The customer must understand everything while taking delivery of the website, if it is not understood then the customer has to take the responsibility, If the website is damaged or messed up as a result of the customer changing something after delivery of the website or changing or deleting a setting or code or plugin, the customer is fully responsible for this circumstances . If you want to fix it later, you have to pay a fee for this, we only take the one-time website fee, for this the responsibility is on the customer after the website delivery.

All this words later is not acceptable, such as;

  • I haven’t done anything on the website, I haven’t logged in for a long time.
  • I haven’t changed anything, I don’t know anything.
  • I am doing this without realising anything. 
  • The answer to all the questions is the same. When the website was delivered, you were given a complete website.
  • All of our website themes use GPS licences so the same theme is used on different websites, no one can say it cant be used by anyone else. If someone has not created a premium website with a theme, then that theme will only belong to him and no one will be able to use it.

  • Any editing, correction or modification request after any graphics design work is completed will not be accepted. Special needs need to be modified or corrected with extra payment.

  2. We will save the work file till 7 days after the completion of the work. So after the work is done, you have to understand the work file in a good way.
  3. After understanding the file, you will change all types of account login passwords at your own risk. Smarttech IT will never be responsible for the complications like account hacking, account disabling etc. in the future.

Software Solution

2. Backups and Data Loss:

2.1: Your use of this service is at your sole risk. We’ll keep data backup upto one week for shared hosting and we have no backup system for normal VPS, Dedicated Server built-in, If you need owned Backup service then you must have paid specific backup management service, we have different backup service for VPS and Dedicated server. This service is provided to you as a courtesy. SmartTech IT is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on SmartTech IT servers.We use reputed 3rd party backup management system tools, software. If the 3rd party’s tools, software have any issues with providing services this may affect our services and for this reason we do not offer any guarantee about the backup 100% . If there is any data loss for the tools, software of the 3rd party provider , we are not Responsible for the issue. After termination , cancellation, suspension, exceeding the resource limit or end of the billing cycle, we may never provide any backup or access to our panel. If you need, open a ticket, we may allow your request with any amount of fees if possible. Fees depend on Data size, our technical steps, and how much is needed. For regular shared hosting backup providing time upto 72 Hours, usually we provide within 24hour.

2.2: After billing cycle expiration we may terminate any shared hosting, for VPS and Dedicated Server we may terminate instance after billing cycle with or without notice, so please always pay before your services. After termination we can’t assure old backup restore, if we are able to restore then we may charge upto $500.

2.3: If we found any unwanted file on your panel we may suspend, terminate your account to prevent any risky attempt from your panel, then if you want to restore your data we may provide free if the backup system running normally, if your any file make any change or temper our system we may allow extra charge to provide backup, amount depends on backup volume and used resources, if you need any 3rd party solutions , you should pay for the services or to hire manpower for you backup.

2.4 SmartTech-IT is not responsible for any other cybercrime, hacking and data destruction. SmartTech-IT just to do maintenance and technical support for your company.

  1. Any editing, correction or modification requests will not be accepted after the animation design work has been delivered.
  2. Revision video file will be given after completion of work. Once the full payment is completed, the main video will be provided via email.

BULK SMS 

BULK SMS will not be used to send any kind of bad SMS or anti-state SMS, if this is the case then the account will be closed without any notice and the account balance will not be refundable. BULK SMS Funds to be used after receipt will not be refunded in any way, By the way, the customer can use it by transferring SMS funds from one account to another if he wants.

  1. If your Facebook ad account gets disable because of your page promotion or post boost, I will not return your paid money and cannot be given another instead, you will need to run a new ad again by re-payment. If you agree, I’ll run the ad.
  2. If other people disable the account due to Promote or Post Boost, we will transfer the ad to the new account at no charge to you.
  3. The reason for not returning the money is that Facebook does not give us the balance that is flagged in our ad account.
  4. If you want to know if your ad account has been flagged because of your ad, we will show you the proof.
  5. The disable can be flattened even when the ad account is disable, from the start of the add-on to the active wind even when the sound is started.
  6. Cannot remove editor or admin during add-on

  • Must run at least a 25 dollar campaign. Will not be turned off after the campaign runs. Extra service charge is applicable with all packages.
  • We try our best to get more or less a response so that your campaign gets good results.
  • Since we do paid campaigns, the dollar is deducted from the ad on our card. So there is no chance to return the money.

Youtube Ads

YouTube View Subscription is provided through online exchange software, it is Real View Real Subscribed, it will not cause any harm to the channel, not spamming and then you will be liable for the channel if any.

** The company will not be liable for subscribers who subscribe to the YouTube view many times due to a YouTube update, but the customer will have to take responsibility.

  • SmartTech provides IT sales support through Facebook page / call / live chat

Provides technical support only through support tickets (technical support is not available on Facebook page / call / live chat).

  • Depending on the problem, the response time and solution may take longer than 1 day to 7 days (depending on the response of the third party company).

Delivery of Service

Delivery of services 

  • Domain and hosting will be activated immediately if you pay through our payment gateway after ordering (if you are not active for any reason, please contact us via ticket or live chat)
  • In case of manual payment, it may take 5 minutes to 12 hours for bKash / Rocket / Cash / Bank transfer.
  • After paying through the gateway, if for any reason the invoice shows unpaid, open the ticket with your payment info, Smarttech will contact the IT gateway and inform the solution, in which case it may take 6 to 72 hours, in which case your order will not be active.

Accounts & Payments

Account:

When registering with Smarttech IT, you must register with your correct information. You may have to provide NID or other documents later. In all cases where documents are required.

  2. When verifying Smart Tech IT’s account.
  3. If the domain or hosting is suspended for any reason.

Payments:

If a shared/reseller account has a past due invoice, we will perform the following actions.

  • 1-2 Days – No Action Taken
  • 3 Days – Accounts are suspended
  • 7 Days – Accounts will be terminated.

If a VPS has a past due invoice, we will perform the following actions.

  • 1-2 Days – No Action Taken
  • 3 Days – Accounts are suspended
  • 4 Days – Accounts are terminated

Dedicated servers will be suspended as soon as an invoice is overdue.

Cancellation and Refund

All of our services are non refundable, We do not have any type of Money back Guarantee, if you need to check the quality of our services, please ask the admin , he will try to give you a limited “time frame” a free service. SmartTech IT will not activate new orders or activate new packages for customers who have an outstanding balance with SmartTech IT. For a new order to be set up or a new package to be activated, you must have a lot of funds in your account. If you want to discontinue any services, submit a cancellation Request at least 7 days before the end of the current billing cycle, Otherwise you’ll be charged for the next one billing cycle.
